This Acapulco Vacation rental has 3 fully furnished bedrooms and additional service area with a total capacity for 12 persons and excellent location on the fist floor of the complex.

  • MAIN BEDROOM includes 1 king size bed, full sofa bed, jacuzzi, full bathroom with dressing room, plasma tv, dvd, air conditioning and private terrace with view to the gardens and pools
  • BEDROOM 2: two full beds, air conditioning, full bathroom, private terrace with view to gardens and pools
  • BEDROOM 3 : two individual beds and full size sofa bed, full bathroom and air conditioning, each bathroom includes soap, towels and pool towels
  • 10 person Dining Room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and granite counters
  • Family Room with tv, dvd, private terrace with dining set and bbq grill
  • Service area: one single bed and full bathroom
  • 2 private parking slots and 24 hour security

Our DEPARTAMENTO 10-101 includes 8 Mayan Lakes Memberships for use of the Club House that has 7 tennis courts, Gym, Sauna, Semi-Olympic pool with bar, restaurant with lake views and access to the Beach Club that has pools, jacuzzis, sun umbrellas, chair lounges, showers bar and restaurant Mayan Sea Garden. Cost for extra brazallette is $250. Access to both facilities is private and restricted to the general public.

The price per night is $4,500 (fee does not include cleaning service of $250 per day.

To make a reservation 50% deposit is required at time of reserving and balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. The delivery of the apartment keys is directly at ACAPULCO MAYAN LAKES upon your arrival.
